Our office is located on Bottee Street, right near Oshiwara Garden Road. It’s a lively little neighborhood in Mumbai with plenty of shops and people always walking around. At Innovative Ideals & Services, we handle a lot of different things, mostly focused on security systems and electronic services. We aren't some giant firm with a glass building. We’re in a regular old building where the stairs creak and you can hear the neighbors. Our office is usually a bit messy with half-finished projects and pieces of equipment waiting to be repaired. We spend a lot of our time out on the road visiting clients at their homes or businesses. It’s not always easy, especially with the Mumbai traffic, but we make it work. Back at the office, we spend our time coordinating the next jobs and trying to keep our paperwork in some kind of order. We don't have any polished speeches or marketing slogans. We’re just a bunch of guys who know how to fix things and set up systems. We often stay late to finish up a project or to help a client who has an emergency. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just do the work, try to be honest with people about what can be done, and hope that’s enough to keep the business going. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes every single day we are here and the phone starts ringing again.
