Innovative Concepts I Pvt Ltd is situated in the Kondhwa area of the city. We are on the third floor of Picasso Plaza in room 309. If you are looking for us, we are right near the ICICI Bank, which is the easiest way to find the building. We have a small team here working on various business ideas and technical projects. The office is pretty basic with just enough room for our desks and a small table where we eat our lunch. Picasso Plaza is a busy building with a lot of different businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. We have been in this spot for a few years now and it works well for us. Kondhwa is a lively neighborhood with plenty of places to grab food. We spend most of our day focused on our screens or talking through new concepts. It is not a fancy place with expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the building gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep things moving. We do not really have visitors often, so we do not worry too much about keeping everything perfectly neat. It is a real workspace where we are actually doing things. We just try to keep our heads down and stay productive. Most of our neighbors in the plaza are friendly and we all just go about our daily business.
