Innovation, Spain is located at 746 Bhawani Peth in Pune. We’re on the third floor of the Kumar Premier building in Block A, specifically flat number 12. It’s a bit of an old-school area of Pune, which we like. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted for our work. It doesn’t look like a high-tech startup office. It’s got regular walls and a few desks shoved into the rooms. We do a lot of design and planning here. The name sounds a bit international, but we’re just a local crew working out of Bhawani Peth. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking through ideas. Sometimes the street noise from below is a bit much, but you get used to it. We don't have a big HR department or fancy perks. We just have some good people and enough tea to keep us going. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings or checking emails from clients. It’s a simple setup in a busy part of the city. We aren't trying to sound like a massive corporation. We’re just a small team in flat 12 trying to get our projects finished on time. We’ve been in the Kumar Premier building for a while and it suits us just fine. We just take it one day at a time here.
