Innominace Services is based in the Mohammadwadi area of Pune. We are located in the Life Park Society, specifically in A4-201. It’s a residential society, so it’s quite peaceful here compared to the city center. We like the fact that there are trees around and it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We’re a service-based company, so our days are filled with calls and managing different tasks for our clients. We aren't a huge multinational with thousands of people. It’s just a small group of us working out of this apartment. We’ve set up our workstations in the main hall and the bedrooms. It gets the job done. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually just cook something small or order from the local places around Mohammadwadi. The atmosphere is very laid back. We don't have many rules about when you have to be at your desk, as long as the work is getting finished. It’s a very Pune style of working—steady and without too much unnecessary stress. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the neighbors. It feels like we’re part of the neighborhood rather than just a business. We just do our thing every day without any corporate theater or fancy mission statements to worry about.
