We’ve been at the Kohinoor Falcon building on Pashan Sus Road for a while now. It’s a pretty busy area in Pune, but being up on the 16th floor keeps things quiet enough to actually get some work done. Innoesta Infotech Llp isn't some massive corporation with hundreds of people; we’re just a small team trying to handle the tech side of things for our clients. Some days it feels like we spend more time looking out the window at the view from flat 1605 than staring at our screens, but the work always gets finished. We started this because we liked solving problems and figured we could make a go of it on our own. It’s been a learning curve, especially with how fast everything changes in this industry. Most of our time is spent on regular maintenance and building stuff that actually works for people. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come by when they need help with their systems. It’s straightforward work. We like being in this part of Pune. There’s a lot of energy around S No 47. Sometimes the lift takes forever to get up here, but you get used to it. We keep our coffee machine running all day and just focus on the projects in front of us. We usually grab some lunch at one of the spots on the ground floor before heading back up. It’s a lot of climbing if the power goes out, but luckily that doesn't happen too often these days.
