You can find us over in Rahatani, specifically in Building A of the Akash Ganga complex. We are up on the sixth floor, in flat 603. It’s a residential-style setup which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a typical glass office building. We’ve got a good view of Pune from up here, especially when the weather is clear. Most of the time, the room is quiet except for the sound of typing and maybe some music playing in the background. We’ve got our workstations set up in a way that makes sense for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. There’s always a stack of notebooks or a few half-empty coffee cups sitting around. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. It’s more about getting the work done without much fuss. The lift in the building sometimes takes its time, so we’ve learned to be patient. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while now and we like the neighborhood. It’s got everything we need close by. We don't have a giant receptionist desk or a lobby. You just come in and we’re right there working. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps us grounded. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to avoid unnecessary distractions. That is pretty much the story of how we operate day to day. We like the quiet here as it helps us think.
