Our office is located at Mukthai, right above the Citizen Co-operative Bank in Baner. The address is 2/264, and it's a convenient spot since the bank is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Inkorus Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is a relatively small operation. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of paperwork. Baner is a nice area, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. It’s often quite busy outside with people going into the bank or the shops nearby. Inside, we keep things fairly quiet so we can focus. Most of our work involves sitting in front of screens for hours, so we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We don't have a big HR department or fancy perks. It’s just a group of us who know each other well. We share snacks and complain about the heat when the AC isn't keeping up. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for the team we have. We’ve been here for a bit and it feels like home now. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a problem to solve. We just take things as they come and try to stay on top of the workload. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business without any of the corporate fluff. We like it this way and our neighbors are nice.
