Initbit Technologies Private Limited

Initbit Technologies Private Limited is based in the Samarth Carina building in Pune. Our office is E-504, located at Survey Number 33/3/2. We are right near the Ganga Ashiyana Society. This part of Pune is growing fast, and there are always new buildings going up nearby. Our office is on the fifth floor, which gives us a decent view of the neighborhood. We work on various technologies, mostly software development and technical consulting. It’s not a big, flashy office with a reception area. It’s more of a workspace where we can focus. We have a small pantry for making tea, which we do quite often. The team is small, and we usually just shout across the room if we need help with something. We aren't into corporate jargon or making big claims about being leaders in the industry. We just like to write good code and fix things that aren't working. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in Pune. We’ve spent a lot of time setting up our workstations just the way we like them. It’s a comfortable, practical place to spend the day. We don't have a lot of meetings; we prefer to just get on with the work. The building is safe and well-maintained, which is all we really need. That’s pretty much who we are. We've been at Samarth Carina for a while and it suits us fine.
