You can find Init Infotech at Shaniwar Peth 1. It’s one of those older parts of the city where the streets are a bit narrow. The building we are in has been around for a long time. At Init Infotech, we just handle the day-to-day operations without much fuss. There are no glass walls or modern art here. It is just a regular office with some desks and filing cabinets. We’ve got a window that looks out onto the street, which is good for people-watching when we need a break. Shaniwar Peth 1 is a central location, so it’s easy for us to get around. We don't have a fancy website with lots of photos. We just do the work. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a bit. We don’t have meetings that last for hours. We just say what needs to be said and get back to it. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat. It’s a friendly enough spot. Init Infotech is a basic operation. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. The floors are a bit creaky, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise, but it’s home for us during the day. We stay until the work is finished, then we head out.
