If you’re looking for us, we are over at Sant Tukaram V Sankul in Nigdi. Specifically, we are on the first floor in unit B3. This is in Sector 24 of the PCNTDA area in Pune. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. The building is a typical commercial-residential mix which you see a lot of around here. We’ve been running Infyvaritaas Softech Private Limited from this spot and it suits us just fine. The first floor is convenient because we don’t have to wait for the elevator. Our office space is practical. We’ve got the basics covered—desks, chairs, and good internet. It can get a little noisy from the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We are just a group of people who enjoy working on software without all the extra drama. There aren't any glass walls or fancy rugs in our place. It’s more about having a functional space where we can concentrate. Most of the staff comes in from around the Nigdi or Pimpri area, so it’s a local crowd. We have our routines, like the mid-afternoon break for chai. We don’t talk much about "culture" or "vision," we just talk about the code and the projects we need to finish by Friday. It’s a plain, honest way of working that keeps us grounded.
