Infrastructure And Engineering

This office is in Pune, at Flat No 12 in Building No 41. It is a residential complex, so it feels very much like being at home rather than at work. Infrastructure And Engineering is the name on our small metal plate by the door. We have been here for a while and the space is filled with things we have collected over the years. There are old maps, some basic tools, and lots of folders stacked on the shelves. It’s not a polished corporate environment. The floor is tiled and the windows look out over the rest of the housing society. We can see people going about their daily lives while we sit at our desks. It’s a good place to work because it’s not too loud, though you do hear the occasional scooter or car in the parking lot below. We have a few tables pushed together to make a large workspace for everyone. It’s a bit messy at times with all the drawings and papers, but we like it that way. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the engineering tasks we have in front of us. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense office in a quiet part of Pune, zip code 411 044. We just come in every day, drink some chai, and do our bit until it is time to go.
