You can find us at Survey Number 10/11/1 in the Ovhal Vasti area of Punwale in Pune. It is a bit of a distance from the main city center, but that suits us just fine. We have a modest setup here where we handle various communication and voice-related work. It is a pretty straightforward place to be. We don’t have any marble lobbies or guys in suits waiting at a reception desk. It is just some desks, some computers, and a few people who actually know what they are doing. We have been in Punwale for a while now, watching the new buildings go up all around us. The whole area is changing fast, but our way of working stays pretty much the same. We take things one day at a time here. If someone has a problem they need help with, we just listen and try to figure it out. We are not big on using jargon or trying to sound smarter than we really are. It is just work to us. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to get through, but usually we try to keep a decent balance between work and life. It is a local business, run by local people who live nearby. We know the neighborhood well and we like being part of the community here. There is no big secret to how we operate our business. We just show up every day.
