Infotek Software And Systems Pvt Ltd. operates out of our own building, "Infotek House," which is at number 57 in Mayur Colony, Kothrud. Kothrud is a great part of Pune, and Mayur Colony specifically has a bit of a calmer feel than some of the newer commercial districts. We’ve been in this house for quite a while now. It’s nice having our own dedicated space instead of being in a crowded office block. Inside, it feels more like a lived-in workshop than a corporate headquarters. There are stacks of old hardware in the corners and plenty of books on various programming languages scattered around. We do a mix of software and systems work, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't have a dress code, and most of us have been here long enough that it feels a bit like a second home. The neighborhood is quiet enough that you can actually hear yourself think, which helps when you're trying to solve a tricky technical problem. Sometimes we sit out in the small area in front of the house for a break. We don't go in for big marketing talk or trying to sound like a global giant. We're a local Kothrud business that knows our stuff and enjoys the process of building things. It’s a good way to earn a living, and we like the people we work with.
