Our office is located at Plot Number 1 on Hinjawadi Station Road. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. It is a large building, and we have quite a lot of people working inside. It is not like a small neighborhood shop where everyone knows each other's business. Instead, it is rows and rows of desks with computers and people wearing headsets. We spend a lot of time in meetings or looking at lines of data on our monitors. The air conditioning is always running, so it stays cool even when it is boiling hot outside. We have a canteen where most of us go to grab a quick lunch, and it gets pretty loud in there during the midday break. We have been at this location for a good while. The routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, check our emails, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the schedule. It is a lot of technical work that requires a lot of concentration. We don't really do much in the way of fancy decorations in the office. It is a practical space designed for getting things done. Outside the gates, the street is full of life with people selling snacks and buses moving back and forth. It is just where we happen to do our jobs.
