We are Infosys Technologies Ltd and we operate out of 242 Narayan Peth. Being on Laxmi Road in Pune means things are always moving and shaking around us. It is a very traditional part of the city with a lot of history. Our office is tucked away in this busy area. We have been here for a while. It is not a corporate tower with glass walls. It is just a regular building in Narayan Peth. We handle our tech stuff from this spot. The traffic on Laxmi Road can be a lot sometimes but we like being in the heart of Pune. We have some desks and computers and that is about it. We do not have any big posters or marketing things on the walls. It is just a workspace. We know the neighbors and the local tea sellers who have been here for years. Working at 242 Narayan Peth feels like being part of the old city culture. We just get our work done without any fuss. Some days are busier than others depending on the projects. We do not use big words or corporate speak to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people working at Infosys Technologies Ltd. The building is old but it works perfectly for us. We come in early before the crowds get too big on Laxmi Road. It is a practical place to be. We do not have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If you come by, you just see us working at our stations. It is a simple operation in a very famous part of Pune. We like the vibe here.
