Inforez

Inforez is based in Pune, out in the Kondawa area. We are in the Gulmohar Habitat building, specifically A44. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know Sv Road. We’ve been in this part of Pune for some time. The office is basically just a big room where we all sit together. We don't have those fancy glass cubicles or anything like that. It’s just open desks and a lot of chatter. We do a lot of our work on laptops, so things are pretty flexible. Sometimes the building elevator is out of order, so we get our exercise taking the stairs. We aren't a big corporate giant. We're just a small group of people who enjoy working together. We have a small fridge for our lunches and a balcony that looks out over the street. It’s nice to watch the city go by when you need a break. We don't have a formal dress code. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We aren't here to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get the job done and keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We've been in this neighborhood long enough to see a lot of changes, but we stay the same. We just focus on the work and the coffee.
