Our office for Infomedia India Ltd in Pune is a bit unique because we are located C/O Nilesh P Joshi. You can find us at 508, Raghukulnagari, which is right at Ambedkar Chowk on Aundh Road in Bopodi. It’s a fifth-floor spot in a building that sees a lot of activity. Bopodi is an interesting area because it feels like a bridge between the older parts of Pune and the newer developments near Aundh. The office itself is modest. We don't have a sprawling floor plan or glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get our work finished. Being at Ambedkar Chowk means we are near a lot of traffic, but once you're up on the fifth floor, it gets a lot quieter. We have a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There isn't much hierarchy; we just see what needs to be done and someone does it. Sometimes the lift takes a while, so we wait around chatting with the other people in the building. We have our computers, a few printers, and plenty of chairs for everyone. It’s the kind of place where you can wear your sandals to work and nobody cares. We focus on the data and the information we need to process, keeping things moving without making a big fuss about it. We just do the work and then head out.
