Our office is in Chinchwad, situated in Flat No. 36 of the Renuka Awishkar building. We are right in Premlok Park, which is a fairly well-known spot near Nakshtram. The area is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses like ours tucked into the corners of residential blocks. It is not a big corporate park with security guards and electronic badges. You just come up to the flat and that is where we are. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. Inside, the space is filled with desks and old cupboards full of paperwork. We have been here for a long time, so the place has a bit of a lived-in feel. It is not spotless, but it is where we get things done. Being in Pune-411033 means we are away from the main city chaos, but Chinchwad has its own kind of hustle. There is a lot of industrial stuff around this part of town, so you feel like you are in a place where things actually get built. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, check our emails, and start on the day’s list. It is a simple routine for us. We have our regulars who drop by, and the neighbors are used to us being there. It is just a normal office in a normal neighborhood, and that works for us.
