Infisoft Technologies

Our place is at 5th Cross 8 in Kothrud. It’s a decent-sized office but we’ve managed to fill it up with desks and server racks. We work on various technology projects, sometimes it’s web stuff and other times it’s managing databases. Kothrud is a great area to be in, there’s always something going on. Our office is fairly plain. We have white walls and grey carpets. We didn't spend much on decorating because we're mostly focused on the work. There's a small break area with a microwave and a kettle where we spend our lunch hour. We talk a lot about the latest gadgets or whatever show we’re watching. We aren't a big company, so everyone knows everyone. It’s a flat structure here; no one is really the "boss" in a scary way. We just get our tasks done. The internet here is pretty fast, which is good because we'd be stuck without it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a five-minute break to stretch. We’ve been at this location for about four years now. It’s become a second home to most of us. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, do the tech work, and go home. There is a stack of empty pizza boxes in the bin usually, especially after a long week. It's just a normal workplace with normal people.
