We are based in Wadgaon Sheri, specifically at A2/403 in the Kumar Primavera complex. This is a fairly modern residential society in Pune, and our office is one of the units there. It’s a growing part of the city, and we see a lot of new construction happening all the time. Our work involves providing various services, and we do most of it from this fourth-floor apartment. The atmosphere is quite relaxed compared to a traditional office building. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist at a front desk. Instead, it’s just a group of us working in a space that feels more like a living room than a cubicle. We have our computers set up and we spend a lot of time on calls or handling paperwork. Kumar Primavera is a nice place to work because it’s relatively quiet once you get inside the gates. We like being in Wadgaon Sheri because it’s well-connected to the rest of Pune without being right in the middle of the most congested areas. Our daily routine is pretty consistent. We come in, get our coffee, and start working through the list of things to do for the day. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need to accomplish. We’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the local community in the society and we just keep things moving.
