Indocs Technologies Private Limited

Our office is at Samruddhi Blosam in Kondhwa Budruk. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the full address, but we’re in Wing A, Flat 15. Kondhwa is a busy part of Pune, and it can get pretty crowded outside, especially during the rush hours. But once you get up to the office, it’s a different story. We’ve set up Indocs Technologies here because the location makes sense for us. It’s a practical space. We haven't spent much on decorating; most of our budget goes into the equipment we need to do our jobs. You’ll find rows of monitors and a few filing cabinets that have definitely been moved around too many times. There are about ten of us on a regular day, and it can get a bit loud when we’re all debating how to fix a bug or handle a new requirement. We don’t have a big corporate handbook to follow. If something needs doing, someone just steps up and does it. We drink a lot of chai from the stall downstairs, and that’s usually when we get our best ideas anyway. It’s an honest way to work. We aren't pretending to be some giant firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a local Pune outfit trying to do right by the people who hire us. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always the same: finish the work and get home to our families in one piece.
