We’re located over at the 18 Latitude building in Punawale, Pune. If you know where Kadam Farm is, we’re right near there in the A Wing, flat 301. It’s a growing part of the city, so there’s always some construction or new stuff popping up around us. Indinteligen Soft Solutions started here because it’s a bit away from the main city chaos but still close enough to get things done. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at from the outside, just a standard apartment-style office setup that many Pune startups use. Inside, it’s mostly just us, a bunch of computers, and probably too many tangled cables under the desks. We don’t have a dedicated HR department or a marketing team writing stuff for us; we just write our own emails and handle our own calls. It’s a small operation, and we like it because we know exactly what’s happening at every desk. Sometimes the afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, but we’ve got thick curtains for that. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get snacks for everyone or just eating at the desks while talking about whatever show we’re watching. We aren’t trying to change the world overnight. We’re just here in Punawale, working through our list of tasks and making sure the software does what it’s supposed to do. It’s a straightforward life for the people on our team, and we get through the week together.
