Indicus Software Pvt Ltd is located near Sinhagad Road on Ghole Road at number 28. It’s a place where we’ve spent many hours over the years. The area around Sinhagad Road is always busy but Ghole Road has its own pace. Our office at 28 is a simple space where we get our work done without any extra frills. We aren't the type of company that has a ping pong table or a fancy lounge. We have desks, chairs, and good internet which is really all we need to do our jobs. The people here have been working together for a long time so we’ve developed a bit of a shorthand when we talk. It makes the day go by a lot smoother. We handle software development and related tasks but we try to keep the jargon to a minimum when we talk to people. It’s just easier that way for everyone involved. We don’t really do much in the way of self-promotion because we’ve found that being consistent and showing up every day is usually enough to keep things moving. We like the neighborhood and the local tea stall where we usually congregate in the late afternoon for a quick break. It’s a basic, functional workplace filled with real people who are just trying to do their best and earn a living in the city.
