You can find Inc Developers Pvt Ltd on the ground floor of Thimmaiah Arcade. We are at 270 Baner Gaon, which is right on Old Airport Road. If you know where the Mauli Petrol Pump is, we are just across from it. It’s a pretty busy road, so there’s always something happening outside. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy for people to just walk in. The office is a straightforward space. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a place to sit and talk. It’s not one of those high-rise corporate offices. We’re just a local developer team. Being in Baner Gaon is good for us since it’s a growing area. We spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to contractors. The office can get a bit noisy with the traffic from Old Airport Road, but we’re used to it by now. We don't bother with fancy mission statements. We just focus on the buildings and the paperwork that goes with them. Most of our visitors are people from around the neighborhood or folks who saw our sign while getting gas across the street. We keep things pretty informal. If the door is open, we’re usually inside working on a new plan or checking some documents. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We’ve been here for years and we know the street like the back of our hands.
