Inamdar Multispeciality Hospital

This hospital is tucked into S. No 15 right in the middle of Fatima Nagar. It’s a multispeciality center, so we handle a wide variety of cases every single day. The building is a bit older but it’s sturdy. There’s a lot of activity at all hours because of the emergency side of things. We’ve got nurses, technicians, and cleaning staff always on the move. The elevators are almost always full. It’s a neighborhood staple at this point. People come here because they know the location and it’s easy to reach. We don't have a PR team or anything like that. We just talk to the patients and their families directly. The atmosphere is a bit frantic sometimes, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is here for their check-ups. We have the usual hospital smell of disinfectant. It’s just part of the job. The back offices are cluttered with files and old records. We use every bit of space we have. It’s an honest place where we work long hours. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a local hospital doing its thing in this part of Pune. We’ve been through many monsoon seasons here, and the roof has always held up. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we’re all part of the same community. It’s just the way things are around here. We just get on with it, day after day.
