Inamdar Multispeciality Hospital

Our building is situated at S. No 15 in Fatima Nagar. It’s a multispeciality setup, so we have a lot of different things going on under one roof. Most days it feels like the building is buzzing with activity. We have doctors coming and going, and patients waiting in the various corridors. It’s a solid structure, nothing too modern, but it does the job. Being in Fatima Nagar means we get a mix of local residents and people traveling in from other parts of the city. The entrance is usually crowded in the evenings. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the different departments. It’s not always quiet, but that’s what you expect in a busy medical center. The staff rooms are small, and we drink a lot of chai to keep going. We don’t have those big glossy brochures; we just work. The layout is pretty straightforward once you find your way around. We’ve got the labs, the wards, and the consulting rooms all packed in. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially in the waiting areas. We just keep the fans going and carry on. It’s a practical place for people who need medical attention. We’re just here doing our daily shifts. Every floor has its own routine, and the nurses are usually the ones keeping everything together. It’s a lot of pressure sometimes, but we just take it one patient at a time. That’s how we’ve always done it here. It’s just us doing our jobs.
