We aren't interested in being the most famous company in the world. We just want to do our work and do it right. The arcade has a lot of different businesses, so it feels like being part of a big community. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside. It’s usually quite noisy, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We don't have a bunch of marketing people telling us what to say. We just speak plainly. If something is going well, we say so. If we’re having a rough day with shipping, we deal with it. Our team is small, and we don't really do big meetings. We just talk across the desks to get things sorted. It’s a lot of manual work, checking lists, and making sure the inventory is correct. We don’t use a lot of fancy software either; we stick to what we know works.
