We are located in Sant Tukaram Nagar, which is in Pimpri, Pune. The address is 180/800, and it’s right in the middle of a very busy part of the city. Pimpri is known for its industries and markets, so there is always something going on outside our door. We are Imax Netsoft, and we work on software and technical things from this small office. It’s not a corporate park with a gym or a cafeteria. We just have a few rooms with a lot of wires and computer screens. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a scooter to work. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are narrow. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and share snacks that people bring from home. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. We just sit down and get into the code. Sometimes we stay quite late if a project is acting up, and we can hear the city noise slowly dying down. Sant Tukaram Nagar is a good place to be because everything is accessible. We’ve been here for a good while and the locals know us. We are just a group of people who enjoy working on computers without the need for all the corporate polish. There isn't much more to it than that. We just come in every day and do what we can.
