Out here in Saswad, we’ve got our setup in Suyog D 5, over in Sopan Nagar. It’s a bit of a drive from the main parts of Pune, but we like the pace here. We do technology work, which covers a wide range of things depending on what our clients need at the time. Sometimes it’s software, sometimes it’s helping with hardware systems, or just figuring out why a network is being stubborn. Our office is a simple place where we spend most of our hours. It’s not uncommon to see someone eating lunch at their desk while trying to debug a piece of code. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller group that actually knows each other's names. We don't put much effort into looking corporate or polished. We’d rather spend that time actually getting the technical stuff right. The building is quiet, and we have a decent routine going. There’s always a bit of a mess with spare cables and old manuals lying around, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to deliver what we promised. It’s a straightforward way of working that seems to suit us just fine. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us busy with our screens, trying to solve the latest tech puzzle without making too much noise about it.
