Ilead Ites Llp

Our office is over in Kumar Primus on the fifth floor. It’s Office 501. The building is on S No 307 in Pune. We’ve been at Ilead Ites Llp for a while now. Pune is a busy city, and this area gets a lot of traffic during the day. We’re just a team that handles various IT-enabled services. It sounds fancy, but it’s really just us at our computers handling data and helping out where we can. The office is pretty functional. We have a small area for lunch where we talk about movies or whatever is happening in the news. We don't have any of those motivational posters on the walls. It’s just a place of work. Some of the desks have photos of families or little trinkets. It makes it feel more like home. We try to be helpful and just do a good job without making a big fuss about it. We’re not a huge corporation, so we don't have many layers of management. You just talk to whoever is nearby if you need something. It’s a practical way to run things. We like it here in Pune. It’s got a good energy. If you’re ever near Kumar Primus, that’s where you’ll find us. We keep things moving and try to stay productive throughout the week without too much stress involved.
