It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood, which is great for the kind of consulting work we do. The office is basically just an apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel, with books and papers scattered around. We aren't the type of company that cares about looking fancy for visitors. In fact, we don't get many visitors here anyway. Most of our work at Ikorp Technology Consulting Private Limited happens behind the scenes. We spend a lot of time on calls or staring at spreadsheets. The atmosphere in C 204 is very relaxed. We don't have strict hours or a boss watching over our shoulders every minute. We just know what needs to get done and we do it. Pashan is a nice place to work because it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city. We often take a walk near Mognolia Apartments when we need a break. It’s a simple, no-frills setup. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We are just a group of consultants trying to provide some help to our clients from our little corner in Pashan. It’s honest work and we like the independence it gives us. There’s no corporate ladder here, just us working together in a small apartment.
