Ideaflare Innovations Private Limited

Our office is in Kothrud, Pune, inside the Saudamini Co-operative Housing Society. Specifically, we are in Flat A5 of the building at S No 101/1/A in Bhusari Colony. It is more of a residential area that has a few offices mixed in, which we actually like. Ideaflare Innovations Private Limited is run from here. It doesn't feel like a cold, glass office building. It feels more like a home that we happen to work in. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Most days, we are just working through our list of things to do. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune with lots of trees and local shops. We often go out to grab some snacks in the afternoon when we need a break from the screens. Our space is filled with books and various pieces of equipment. It’s a bit cluttered, but that is just how we work best. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you just knock on the door of A5. We aren't big on formalities here. We just want to get the job done and do it right. It’s a simple setup in a quiet colony, and that suits us just fine. We have been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a good place for our little team to be.
