Our spot is located at S. No. 43/9 - 16 in Manajee Nagar, right along the Narhe - Vadgaon Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, and you can always hear the bikes and trucks going past our gate. We’ve been operating Ibp.Co.Ltd. from here for a long time, and the place has a bit of wear and tear, but it suits us just fine. Inside, it's mostly about the daily routine of moving things and checking off lists. We aren't big on making things look perfect for visitors; it's a working site, after all. There’s usually dust from the road, and we spend a fair amount of time just keeping the office part tidy. The staff knows the local tea stall nearby pretty well, and that’s where most of our breaks happen. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and find someone who isn't too busy to help you out. Dealing with the Narhe traffic is probably the hardest part of our day. The building itself is sturdy, and we’ve made use of every square inch of the space we have. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just do the work that comes in, keep the records straight, and make sure everything is handled the way it should be before the day ends. We also have a small garden patch out back that one of the guys tries to keep alive, though it’s mostly just weeds.
