You can find Ibm Isl at C-39 in Motiram Park, which is in the Kothrud area of Pune. Kothrud is a very traditional part of the city, and Motiram Park is a quiet residential spot. Being located here means we do not have to deal with the madness of the main commercial zones. Our office is basically a house that has been set up for work. It has a small garden area in front that is mostly just grass and a few pots. We like the quietness of the neighborhood. It helps us stay focused on the work we are doing. The building itself is quite old and has that specific smell of old concrete and paper. We have our computers and servers tucked away in what used to be bedrooms. It is not a shiny new tech hub, but it has everything we need to be productive. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there is a very local feel to the whole operation. We often share tea in the small kitchen area during the afternoons. There are not any big logos on the walls or mission statements framed in the hallway. We just know what needs to get done and we do it. It is a very simple and honest way of working, tucked away in a leafy corner of Kothrud. We like the pace of things here.
