We are located over at B2, Flat No 504 in the Citadel Enclave. It's right on B.T.Kawade Rd in the Ghorpuri area of Pune. Being here at Ibm India Pvt. Ltd is pretty straightforward. We have our desks set up in this flat and we just get on with the daily tasks. Pune is a busy city, and B.T.Kawade Rd can get quite crowded during the rush hours, but once you get inside the enclave, it's a bit quieter. We aren't a massive office with hundreds of people in this particular spot. It's more of a focused group of us working through our lists and projects. We see the same neighbors every day in the hallway and the local shops nearby are where we grab our tea or snacks. There’s no big corporate lobby here, just a regular door with a number on it. We do our work, talk about the weekend, and keep things moving. Most people who come by are just looking for the specific flat. It’s 411001 for the pin code if you’re sending anything through the post. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls or anything like that. Just the usual office stuff you'd expect to see. We like the location because it’s easy to get to once you know where Citadel Enclave is. It’s just a regular place where work happens every day for us. We don't make it more complicated than that.
