Our office is over in Yerwada, specifically in Flat 501 of the E-1 building at Hari Ganga Phase Ii. It's right opposite the R.T.O., so it's a landmark everyone knows, which helps when we're telling people how to find us. Being in a residential-commercial mix like this means there's always something going on outside. Ibm India Pvt Ltd is the official name, but it's really just a group of us sitting at our monitors most of the day. The Alandi Road traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stick around a bit later to let it clear out. Inside, it's pretty standard—desks, chairs, a few filing cabinets that nobody uses much anymore, and a lot of cables. We share the building with families and other small businesses, so you hear kids playing or people moving around in the hallways. It makes it feel less like a cold corporate space. We usually grab lunch from the small eateries nearby or someone brings a dabba to share. The view from the fifth floor isn't bad; you can see a fair bit of the Pune skyline. We just focus on getting the tasks finished so we can get home to our families. It’s a straightforward setup, no frills, just honest work happening day in and day out. We have been here for a long time and know the security guards well.
