You can find us at the Lotus Building, specifically in Flat No 302. It’s part of the Blossom N Springs complex on the Baner-Pashan Link Road. This is a pretty popular part of Pune for people working in our industry. The road outside can get quite crowded during rush hour, but the building itself is set back enough that it’s not too loud. Our team at Ibm India Pvt Ltd uses this space as a central point for our daily tasks. It’s a standard flat that we’ve turned into an office area. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and a small kitchen area where we make coffee. It’s nothing fancy, just a functional place to work. We like the location because it’s easy to get to from either Baner or Pashan. There are a lot of new buildings coming up around here, so the area is always changing, but we’ve been in Lotus for a bit now. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. We just go about our business and focus on the technical work we have to finish. It feels more like a small local operation than a giant company when you are inside. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our workspace tidy and productive without any unnecessary fuss. It’s a good environment for getting things done without the usual corporate distractions.
