This office is situated in Hemu Kalani Society over in Pimpri. We are in Flat No 1, which makes it easy to find right on the ground level. Pimpri is a busy industrial and residential hub, so there is always something going on outside. We’ve set up our Ibm India Pvt Ltd operations here to be close to the local activity. The space inside is quite straightforward. It looks more like a home than a traditional office, which we actually prefer because it feels a bit more relaxed. We don't have fancy furniture or high-tech decor, just the equipment we need to do our jobs properly. Most days are spent on the phone or working through data on our screens. Being in a society like Hemu Kalani means we see the same faces every day, which gives it a nice community feel. It’s not like those big glass buildings in the tech parks where you don’t know anyone. Here, we know the security guard and the people living next door. We keep our hours regular and try to stay organized. It’s a very practical way to run a business without all the extra overhead and corporate pressure. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and keep things moving. It’s been our base for a while now and we don’t see that changing anytime soon because the location just works for us and the small team we have here.
