Ibm Global Servives

Our office is at Flat No 5 in Shubham Apartment, located in Pimple Gurav, Pune-27. We go by the name Ibm Global Servives here. It is a small space, really just a regular flat converted into a workspace. You will not find any big neon signs or glass towers here. Instead, it is a quiet residential street where we do our technical work. We have got a few rows of desks and some heavy-duty computers that hum all day long. Pimple Gurav is a nice neighborhood, and being in an apartment building makes the whole thing feel a lot more personal. We know the security guard and the neighbors. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a full crew in, but we like the energy. We deal with service requests and technical stuff that keeps the digital world moving. It is not always exciting, but it is important work. We drink a lot of coffee and sometimes order in food when we are working late. There is no dress code or anything like that. We just want people who know what they are doing. The office is a bit lived-in, with some old folders stacked in the corners and cables running along the floor. It is just a real place where people work. We do not try to make it sound better than it is. It is just Flat No 5, and it is where we get things done every day.
