We’ve got our office at C 306, Varun Dsk Vishwa in Dhayari, right off Sinhagad Road in Pune. It’s a busy area, but once you get inside the complex, it’s much quieter. Ibexi Solutions Pvt Ltd is run by a few of us who just wanted a steady place to work. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a few desks, some chairs, and our equipment. Sinhagad Road can be a nightmare for traffic, so we usually try to get in early. The apartment complex is quite large, so we’ve got plenty of space around us. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to solve problems. It’s not glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. If we have a problem, we just fix it. If a client calls, we just talk to them like normal people. We try to keep our workspace tidy, but usually, there are cables everywhere. It’s a bit messy but we know where everything is. We like it here in Dhayari. It feels like a real neighborhood. We just do our work, keep our heads down, and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who needs us. It's not a complicated setup, but it gets the job done for us and that is what matters most in the end.
