Our office is over on Congress Bhavan Road in Shivaji Nagar. We’re located right near Gitanjali Jewellers, which makes it easy to explain to anyone looking for us. We’ve been in this part of town for a while now. We deal with stone, mostly managing the orders and making sure everything gets to where it needs to go. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day stuff. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on deliveries. Sometimes the traffic on Congress Bhavan Road can be a real headache, especially in the afternoons. We have samples of different stones laying around the office so people can see the colors. It’s not a big fancy display, just pieces on the shelves or the floor. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions. We don’t have a lot of formal processes. If someone needs something, we just look into it and see if we can get it. It’s a small team of us here. We know the other shop owners on the street. It’s a good community. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple business focused on getting the right stone to the right people without any extra fuss. We often have our lunch right here at the desks while we're waiting for calls. It’s a busy street.
