Hubs Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Deccan Gymkhana at Naik Nagar 602. It’s a crowded area and finding a parking spot near our place can be a real headache some days. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while now. The space is filled with boxes and parts, leaving just enough room for us to move around. It’s not a quiet environment. There’s usually someone on the phone or the sound of something being packed up. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the parts we handle are right. The walls are a bit stained from the humidity and we’ve been meaning to repaint, but we never seem to find the time. Most of us here have been working together for a long time, so we don't need many rules. We know who does what. Being in Deccan Gymkhana means there are plenty of food stalls nearby, so lunch is usually the best part of the day. We deal with a lot of different people, from delivery drivers to local shop owners. It’s a very practical business. We don't have a big mission or a vision statement on the wall. We just look at the orders for the day and try to get them finished before the sun goes down. It’s a simple life at Naik Nagar 602 and we like it that way.
