Hotspot Store

We've been here at Shop No 25 on the 2nd floor in Aundh for a while now. Most people find us after walking up from the main S J P Road entrance in Bangalore. It's a busy spot, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping. We spend most of our mornings just setting things up and checking what came in the latest delivery. Usually, it's just us handling the counter, talking to folks who need a new phone or maybe just a charger because they lost theirs. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it organized enough so we can find what a customer is looking for without making them wait too long. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we see people coming in a bit out of breath from the stairs. We try to keep things simple here. If someone asks for a specific brand and we don't have it, we just tell them straight. There’s no point in making things complicated. It’s mostly regular people from the neighborhood or office workers nearby who stop in. We know the area pretty well by now. The sun hits the front window pretty hard in the afternoons, so it gets a bit warm, but we've got the fan going. It’s just a normal daily routine for us, opening the shutters, cleaning the glass cases, and waiting for the first person to walk in. We don't do anything fancy, just sell what’s on the shelves and help out where we can.
