Operating out of Shivaji Nagar Industrial Area Phase II, we mostly deal with the workers and people coming through the industrial zone. Hotspot Mobiles & More isn’t tucked away in a mall; we’re right here where the actual work happens. It’s dusty out here sometimes because of all the trucks and factories nearby. We sell phones, but the "more" part of our name usually means chargers, headphones, and those sturdy cases that people need when they’re working manual jobs. I started this place because I saw how far everyone had to go just to get a recharge or a new cable. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fan going. We aren’t a huge chain, so if you come in, you’re probably talking to me or my nephew. We know most of our regulars by name. People stop by on their lunch breaks. We try to keep things simple. If a phone is acting up, we take a look. If it needs a part we don't have, we go get it from the main city market twice a week. That’s just how it goes. The shop is at number 5, and it’s pretty easy to find once you’re in the Phase II area. We don't spend much on ads; word of mouth works better for us anyway. It’s just a basic shop for people who need their tech to work. We enjoy the pace and the people we meet every day here.
