Hotspot Food Joint

We are over at Kondhwa Khurd, specifically at Golden Point 4. It is a small food joint called Hotspot Food Joint. We are not a big restaurant with lots of staff. Most people just stand around the counter or take their food away to eat elsewhere. It gets quite busy in the evenings once the sun goes down. The lights at Golden Point make the whole area look a bit more lively. We spend a lot of our time standing at the counter. The kitchen area is quite small, so we have to stay very organized to get things done. It is often hot and loud with the sounds of cooking. We see a lot of students and young people from around Kondhwa Khurd. They like to hang out for a bit while they wait. We don't have fancy uniforms. We just wear whatever is comfortable for working in a kitchen. It can get a bit chaotic when many people order at the exact same time. We do our best to keep up with it. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting right outside the door. The street can be a bit dusty sometimes. We just keep the space as clean as we possibly can. It has been our spot for some time now. We don't use big words to describe what we do here. We just make the food and hand it over. That is the whole story. If you are near Golden Point, you'll see us.
