Our place, Hotel Sankalp Family Resto Bar and Vighneshwara Pure Veg, is right in the middle of Budhwar Peth in Pune. It is a very busy area, especially being near Mandai and Babu Genu Chowk. If you know the Tilak Putala, then you know where we are because we are right near there. It is a bit of a funny setup having both the resto bar and the pure veg part, but that is just how we decided to run things at Survey No 1116. Opposite us is the Suvarnayug Sahakari Bank, which is a big landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The streets here are always narrow and full of people, bikes, and carts moving around. It is the real heart of the old city. We get all sorts of customers coming in. Some want the veg food and some are looking for the bar side. It keeps us busy trying to manage both sides of the business every day. Pune is a city that never really stays quiet, and Budhwar Peth is probably one of the loudest parts. We don't have a lot of quiet moments here, but we like the energy of the market nearby. Everything is close together, and you can hear the sounds of the Mandai market all the way to our door. We just try to keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone gets what they came for without any trouble.
