Hotel Sagar Inn

Hotel Sagar Inn is located right on the Pune Solapur Road. If you are driving out that way, you’ll see us near the Anandi Garden Mangal Karyalaya. That garden gets a lot of weddings and parties, so we often have people staying over who attended those functions. Being on the highway means it’s never really quiet; you can hear the trucks and cars going by at all hours. Our place is straightforward, just a building by the side of the road with enough space for travelers to pull over and rest. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just keep the rooms ready and wait for whoever stops by. The sun can be pretty harsh in this part of Pune, especially in the afternoons, so we mostly stay inside and handle the paperwork or clean the floors. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, where we do most of the chores ourselves. There isn't much of a fancy dining area, just the essentials for someone who is on a long drive toward Solapur or coming into Pune. The 411028 area has grown quite a bit with more buildings coming up, but we’ve been at this spot for a while. Most people just need a bed for the night and that’s what we provide. It is a bit dusty because of the road work sometimes, but that’s life on the highway. We just keep going and hope the travelers find what they need here.
