Hotel Master Cook

The place is right over at Wakad 84/1. We started Hotel Master Cook because we like cooking and wanted a spot for people to get a meal without any fuss. It isn't a fancy hotel like the name might make you think, it's just a local eatery where we keep things simple. Most days are busy, especially around lunch time when everyone from the neighborhood drops by. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen getting everything ready. The stove is always on. We try to make sure the food tastes like what you'd get at home. Some people have been coming here since we first opened the doors. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit loud when it's full, but that's just how it is. We don't really do anything fancy with the decor or anything. It's just tables and chairs and good food. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty from people walking in and out all day, but we try to keep up with it. We handle everything ourselves, from buying the vegetables in the morning to cleaning up at night. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. If you’re around Wakad and need something to eat, you can find us there. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the front. We just focus on the cooking part and hope people enjoy the meal.
