Hotel Luqmaa

Our place, Hotel Luqmaa, is located at Shop Number 3 in New Modikhana. We are right on Jan Mohammad Street in the Camp area of Pune. It is a very active part of the city, especially being so close to Khada Bazaar. We are directly across the street from Regal Tiles. The whole area is always crowded with people shopping and going to their jobs. We started this place because we had some extra space in the building. It is not a large hotel, just a few rooms tucked away on the upper floors. We spend most of our time at the front desk or checking on the rooms to make sure they are okay. The 411001 area is always busy. There is a lot of history in these old streets. Our building is a bit older, so the rooms are not huge, but they have the basic things you need. We do not have a big breakfast buffet or anything like that. There are so many food stalls and small cafes around here that nobody ever stays hungry. We try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit loud, but that is just part of being in Camp. Our staff are local folks who know all the shortcuts around Jan Mohammad Street. We do not use any fancy computer systems. We just write everything down in our ledger. It is a humble spot for anyone needing a room in Pune.
