Hospitals Housekeeping Supervisor

I work out of the Aditya Birla Housing Colony, specifically F-102 here in Chinchwad. My job is mostly about making sure the housekeeping side of hospital work actually happens correctly. It’s a lot of organizing schedules and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. People don't really think about the cleaning until it isn't done, but it’s a big part of keeping a hospital safe. I spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around checking things. My desk is usually covered in papers and shift charts. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what I do. Living and working in Chinchwad means I’m close to everything, which helps when there’s a last-minute problem at a site. I’ve been doing this for a while, so I know which mops work best and how to handle a crew when they're tired. It’s all about practical stuff. There’s no need for fancy titles or corporate talk here. If a floor is dirty, we clean it. If we’re short on soap, I find some. It’s just straightforward management. Some days are longer than others, especially when the weather is bad and people track mud everywhere. I just try to keep things tidy and the staff moving. It’s a small operation from my end, but it matters for the bigger picture of the health centers we help out every single day.
